With new structure we are able to add a second floor that almost doubles the existing floor space of the existing structure for considerably less than the cost of a new building.

The design of the establishment was based off of the concept of "good food serviced quickly". This is evident in the traffic flow of the site and the convenience of the layout. The glass façade shows to the interior activity to the busy highway adjacent. These different design strategies inform the consumers on the quickness of the service.

The Drug Store, sitting on a piece of property with some extra development opportunities, was just the right size to take care of a few more customers. This combination was perfect to expand with a two story addition for tenants that might attract more business -like maybe a doctor's office; aka: a magnet investment.

Paramus New Jersey is one of, if not the most successful retail demographic in the United States. It is home to many signature stores, corporate offices and training facilities. In this project we offer an iconic building to house all three uses. This design's curb-side prominence allows it to stand out and be noticed while creating a place of unique corporate identity and pride.

Design by Others

This design is by a New York City Interior Designer. We prepared the construction drawings, secured the local approvals, helped select a local contractor and inspected the construction, all to meet the needs of an investment group that did not have the expertise or time to manage a construction project themselves. The ambience of the new space and the delicious Indian cuisine made for a very special ribbon cutting ceremony.

Historic Rehabilitation

Historic Rehabilitation

The renovation to this distressed but grand old structure in Ridgewood was a code-compliant renovation that returned the original Town library to its former glory using contemporary materials and methods of construction. The work done on the library not only freshened it up visually but brought it up to current code standards with improved mechanical systems and handicap accessibility, making it a viable structure again, and for years to come.

Built as the first municipally owned electric utility provider in New Jersey, this structure received a complete restoration and transformation into a new museum commemorating that event's 100th anniversary.

Midland Park Community Center

Midland Park Community Center

Prior to this renovation, this building had seen its needs go unattended for so long there was talk of razing it. A Community Room expansion, along with structural and cosmetic rehabilitation and a new geothermal heating and cooling system have given it a new lease on life, making it a vibrant center of activity for the town of Midland Park.
